This is one area I would have a Canadian lawyer confirm before publication. Your existing template says simply that Canadian law applies and that Canadian courts have exclusive jurisdiction, while its dispute section separately specifies arbitration seated in Burnaby. A localized BC provision is cleaner for a BC-based business, but legal counsel should determine the appropriate jurisdiction and dispute language.
